UNLIREC, in collaboration with the Government of Guyana, conducted a course to strengthen capacities in responding to armed violence and gun crimes. Twenty-six officials from the GPF, GDF, Guyana Revenue Authority, and the Guyana Forensic Science Laboratory participated, focusing on firearms identification, chain of custody, and ballistic information analysis.
