Encourage and promote the full, equal, effective, and meaningful inclusion, participation, and leadership of women in decision-making and leadership processes linked to information and communication technologies by promoting specific actions at the national and international levels with the aim of addressing the different dimensions around gender equality, and the reduction of the gender digital divide, in order to ensure their human rights and fundamental freedoms, in accordance with the Women, Peace, and Security agenda.
